We've tried to contact clans and players, asking would they still be interested to game Ghost Recon at GhostLeague, but for now sadly it's looking like that this fun is over. There's just not enough clans interested of good CB-based Ghost Recon gaming. And we've seen what happens if there's people playing without the needed interest and crew for it. So, GhostLeague has to be announced unactive now. Hibernating. If an miracle would happen, and there would come request to re-open if for Ghost Recon gaming, it would happen.
So what's going to happen with this site?
We're not going to delete or remove this domain, accounts, info or anything, just let it be. Maybe if there comes some game which we'd like to host here or the game would need environment like GhostLeague, new seasons would start. But what is that game, who are the admins, how things are done, etc. - we can only wait what future brings. And still saying, bring us the clans and players, and Ghost Recon gaming will continue.
This league was started at April 2008, just to give some better platform to clans who played fun-cups after another, using simple forums for it. During these few years the league has developed, and become an official place for all players and clans around the globe to play Ghost Recon. There's been a lot of work needed for this - site, ladder, rules, mod, etc. Thank you all who have been involved with it, and of course thanks to the people who we've worked for. It's been an one heck of a journey... :)
